Easy Chocolate Mousse

-8 triangles (about 2-1/2 oz.) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat
-1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

-12 Nilla Wafers, divided
-2 tablespoons hot water
-1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
-2 containers (4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Pudding Snacks
