Shiitake Chicken
Ingredients:
-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb)
-garlic salt and freshly ground pepper
-2/3 cup flour
-3 tablespoon butter
-2 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms

Extra Creamy Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust
-1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Hot Artichoke Dip

-1-8 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
-1 cup mayonnaise
-1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
